Practice Italian in Rome with Native Speakers Online

Walk through Trastevere or Campo de' Fiori and you'll hear five languages before you hear proper Italian - tourists, waiters switching to English, groups of Erasmus students speaking Spanish or French among themselves while trying to order in Italian. San Lorenzo, right by Sapienza, is full of exactly that crowd: international students who came for a semester and want to actually use the language outside class.
